Ford Motor Company

As a design research intern at D-Ford Palo Alto, I worked on three user research projects. I led a diary study  involving electric vehicle drivers which required me to conduct every stage of the research process including: recruiting participants, writing a screener, designing a study, synthesizing data and presenting my findings to stakeholders.

 

I also conducted trend research on EVs, and I was a key member of a research team where I assisted with creating on-boarding materials, including producing tutorial videos to instruct participants how to interact with a prototype.
